Odeon Sign-Up with Unique Digital’s NOC Services
ODEON Cinemas have signed an exclusive agreement
with Unique Digital Ltd, for the supply of full NOC services to manage
the ongoing operation of their cinema network in the UK. ODEON have 103 cinemas and 822 screens in the Uk and are half
way through their deployment with 52 sites completed to date.
Unique Digital have a state-of-the-art
network operations center (NOC) that is manned by a large team of experienced
cinema engineers with excellent IT skills and will provide ODEON a 365 day
service offering both pro-active monitoring of the digital equipment as well as
first line support for all the cinema booth operations.
Utilising their proprietary Integrator
Accord estate management system (EMS) that receives real-time monitoring data
via each Rosettabridge Theatre Management System (TMS) Unique will provide
ODEON staff with a single point of contact for all day-to-day operations.
The system ensures tickets generated are
handled within pre-agreed SLA’s and can provide ODEON staff with a full range
of deployment and up-time reports. In addition the EMS handles the essential
data required to link content and schedules from both external booking systems
and advertising distributors – a truly integrated solution.
