GQT Movies acquired the assets of the former Goodrich Quality Theaters which filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2020. GQT Movies has re-opened and operates 21 of the former Goodrich Quality Theaters locations in cities throughout Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. Since the acquisition, GQT Movies has also opened theaters in the Pittsburgh Mills Mall, Tarentum, PA and in the Eastdale Mall, Montgomery, AL for a total of 23 theaters. GQT Movies’ mission is to provide a quality experience through value, cleanliness, and customer service. Low ticket and concession pricing, combined with first run movies in a great environment, makes for happy movie goers.
