1933 Ulises A. Sanabria (USA)
Ulises A. Sanabria, a Chicago TV pioneer and inventor, experimented with mechanical projectors in the early 1930’s. His 120 pound scanning disc used 15 lenses to produce a triple-interlaced picture of 45 lines resolution at 15 FPS. Reportedly, he demonstrated various version of the projector to thousands people with some images up to 30 feet wide.
