Showtime Cinemas is currently the second largest cinema chain in Taiwan. Established in 2002, it currently operates 17 multiplexes in 10 different locations, including Taipei, Keelung, Chiayi, Hualien, Taichung, Taitung and Kaohsiung. Showtime Cinemas is currently expanding its footprint in other parts of Taiwan, and is expected to open three new cinema complexes in Kaohsiung in the near future.
