With a history of over 85 years in movie exhibition, Schulman Theatres, with traditional theatres in Palestine, Texas, Georgetown, Texas, and Hudson Oaks, Texas, Schulman Theatres entered the ‘Movie Entertainment Center’ arena in 2012 with a purchase and redevelopment of the (now) Schulman Theatres Lost Pines 8 in Bastrop, Texas. The overwhelming success of this operation cemented a belief in the growing industry trend of combining family entertainment center components with a movie theatre. This trend is what is driving our new prototype theatre we are building in Weatherford, Texas which has 24 Lanes of bowling, 8 dine-in movie theatres, and 4500 square feet of arcade.
