Arts Alliance Media (AAM), the global leader in digital cinema software and support services, and Goldenduck, the leading cinema system integrator in South East Asia of more than 20 years, has announced AAM’s Screenwriter will manage content and scheduling at the prestigious industry event, CineAsia, in Bangkok this December.
Uniting the biggest names in distribution, exhibition, concessions and hardware, CineAsia provides a technological epicentre in the APAC region for trade show exhibitors and delegates to discover the latest trends and products in cinema.
With screenings scheduled throughout the week, AAM’s Screenwriter, a Theatre Management System (TMS) proficient in event management, has been employed to centrally manage and schedule content while enabling extensive visibility of all connected screens. Goldenduck, CineAsia’s technology partner, will be on-hand to operate Screenwriter and provide technical assistance and local support.
“In a strategic move towards efficiency, we have decided to transition from manual operations to a centralised way of working for this year’s CineAsia,” explained Bartholomew Ho Saey Kwang, Director of Cinema Engineering at Goldenduck. “As seasoned users and a reseller partner of AAM’s Screenwriter TMS, we trust its capabilities to simplify our processes, saving us time while enhancing the overall content management experience.”
Responsible for scheduling features, trailers and advertisements, monitoring screens, and controlling playback for over 44,000 screens worldwide, AAM’s Screenwriter remains the most powerful, widely deployed TMS in the world; an exemplary solution for high-profile events.
David Ong, Chief Commercial Officer at Arts Alliance Media, added, “As dedicated partners of Goldenduck and longstanding exhibitors at CineAsia, we are delighted to contribute to this esteemed event in the industry calendar. Leveraging the exceptional capabilities of Screenwriter, renowned for its adept handling of high-profile events, we are confident that our support will significantly elevate the user experience in managing event content.”
