Alliance Media (AAM), the global leader in digital cinema software and
support, has breathed new life into Lifeguard, their
expert Hardware Management System, by launching a fresh and contemporary user
interface to enhance the user experience.
In collaboration with AAM’s technology
partner CIELO, a global leader in cloud-based cinema device monitoring and data
analytics software, Lifeguard has undergone significant visual enhancements to
streamline everyday workflows and surpass the standards of modern software.
Lifeguard's transformation introduces
curved elements, modish all-white backgrounds, and sleek magenta gradients in
line with product branding, enhancing clarity while delivering a more natural
user experience. The updated design also features a clearer typeface,
well-defined icons, and revised metric graphs, enabling more intuitive
information reading.
“We are always analysing how to refine our
software and continually improve the user experience”, explained William
McMorrow, Product Director at AAM. “With Lifeguard's complete UI design
refresh, users can now streamline device management with greater ease and
efficiency.”
A cloud-based hardware monitoring and
management platform, Lifeguard provides exhibitors with critical information to
optimise devices, reduce the cost of operations, and resolve issues faster with
precision. With over 40 intelligence reports, proactive equipment maintenance,
technician scheduling functions, and automated lamp alerts and lifecycle
management, exhibitors can augment their NOC and support processes to refine
daily operations from one central hub.
David Ong, Chief Commercial Officer at AAM,
added, “CIELO, our trusted technology partner, and our exhibitor network are
instrumental in Lifeguard’s development processes. It's crucial for us to
continually enhance our software to meet and exceed usability standards,
ensuring our clients receive best-in-class cinema solutions.”
