CineAsia is where Asian cinema exhibition and distribution professionals come to do business. CineAsia is a unique event that brings together Asian cinema industry professionals, from cinema owners and suppliers to film buyers and distributors.

CineAsia the only pan-Asian event of its kind. As the sister event to ShowEast and Cinema Expo International, CineAsia maintains the same standards of programming, seminars, special events and suppliers. CineAsia also screens major Asian and Hollywood films offers educational programs specifically geared toward the needs of the Asian cinema exhibition community.

Dec 9, 2010 GDC Wins Digital Cinema Server Contract from Shandong Luxin Cinema

GDC Technology (“GDC”), a world leading digital cinema solution provider, is pleased to announce today the signing of a digital cinema server contract with Shandong Luxin Cinema (“Luxin Cinema”), adding a new member to its ever expanding customer base in China. Installation has begun in September and it is expected to be completed by 2011, involving a total of 120 units of GDC SX-2001A digital cinema server. Luxin Cinema has opted to use exclusively GDC servers for its digital conversion and new builds.

GDC Technology ("GDC"), a world-leading digital cinema solution provider, is pleased to announce today the signing of a digital cinema deployment contract with Wanda Cinema. The contract is a repeat order which involves GDC supplying Wanda Cinema with 280 units of SX-2000A digital cinema servers with Integrated Media Block (“IMB”), as well as 45 units of Theater Management Systems (“TMS”) complete with full theater automation solution. It is expected that full deployment will be completed by first quarter of 2012.

The contract involves the installation of 200 units of GDC SX-2000A digital cinema server incorporated with integrated media block (“IMB”) into the cinemas of Hengdian Cinema throughout China, and work has started in September 2010.
