CinTech®, a leader in the digital cinema and digital
signage industries, will launch its Network Operations Center (RealNOC™) on
April 12th before attending CinemaCon™ 2013. This state-of-the-art operation will be powered
by 100MB of Time Warner internet speed
with 1GB becoming available by various providers within the next few
months.
Other partners contributing to RealNOC’s
success will be Verizon phone
systems and RealTimePT®, an exclusive, cutting-edge
monitoring and tracking system unmatched by any competitor in the industry. Thanks to the full
support of Kansas City, the new facility will be housed in the historic Union Station.
It is here, within RealNOC™, that CinTech’s
customers will have access to a 24/7/365 monitoring and call center. Each customer will have the ability to report issues and schedule service via
telephone or through a personalized RealNOC™ request system provided by RealTimePT®.
The coupling of Time Warner’s 100MB speed and
RealTimePT’s web-based application will allow CinTech’s worldwide customers to
access real time updates on site progress for service and installation
projects. Verizon phone systems has been chosen to
facilitate RealNOC™ phone operations with the highest
qualified technicians ready to respond to all problems with speed and accuracy.
