Barco Digital Cinema has announced the implementation of a nationwide Digital
Cinema service initiative that will strengthen their service support for
customers using Barco Digital Cinema projectors.
Barco has partnered with National Cinema Service to provide additional customer
service support nationwide. National Cinema Service employs a staff of
experienced theater technicians for projection and sound equipment, with
dispatches available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Barco recently appointed seventeen certified Barco Digital Cinema dealers,
strategically located throughout the United States to meet the growing demand
for high-quality, reliable digital cinema projectors in the market. Barco’s
Digital Cinema dealers have all been trained by Barco Digital Cinema technicians
and educated on the Barco Digital Cinema product line. Barco’s partnership with
National Cinema Service will effectively provide additional service support
throughout the United States to our dealers, resulting in speedy resolution of
problems on any Barco product.
