REMASYS, an Australian owned software services company is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Hoyts to monitor all of its digital cinema systems, corporate offices and trading websites.
As part of the continued roll out of converting its cinemas to digital projection Hoyts has engaged REMASYS to provide monitoring for all of its 54 cinema complexes covering over 450 screens.
REMASYS specialises in advanced monitoring of applications, system performance and the emulation of End User Experiences. Remasys EAGLE-i technology is currently providing advanced monitoring for ASX 100 companies across Australia. EAGLE-i’s ability to provide real time monitoring of End User experience, coupled with application and delivery platform performance, is providing significant business improvements across its user base.
Hoyts will implement the EAGLE-i solution that will monitor all of Hoyts’:
Digital cinema systems
Theatre management systems
Ticketing, F&B and POS systems
Head Office corporate systems and networks
Oovie DVD rental Kiosks
Hoyts primary Web sites including online booking systems.
Val Morgan digital signage and retail networks.
The CIO of Hoyts, Adam Wrightson said that the ability to monitor all of these systems would provide a better level of service to the business and to its customers.
