GDC Technology Limited, a leading global provider of digital cinema solutions, today announced at CinemaCon 2016 that Santikos Entertainment has extended its five-year strategic partnership with GDC Technology by signing a new agreement to install GDC digital cinema solutions in conjunction with its transition to all-laser projection.
Under the agreement, GDC Technology will deploy a total of 70 units of its
SX-3000 Integrated Media Block (SX-3000 Standalone IMB®) with Enterprise Storage Plus, which provides 4TB of storage, with laser phosphor projectors in 2016.
Digital cinema solutions developed by GDC Technology are widely used throughout the world’s leading cinema chains. This new agreement exemplifies the company’s focus on providing its customers with innovative products and world-class customer service in order to maximize revenue and reduce operating costs. Santikos is leveraging GDC digital cinema solutions to meet its objective of consistently offering the latest advances in cinema technology to its customers.
