CES+, a leading provider of cinema equipment, software, and technology solutions, announced a new partnership with GQT Movies LLC. In which CES+ will provide digital management and remote monitoring leveraging CIELO’s leading Cinema operation management solution.
GQT Movies, a chain of 22 movie theaters headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, represents 174 screens in the United States. CES+ will oversee the implementation of CIELO’s technology across GQT Movies locations, including future locations the chain will represent. The platform will enable GQT Movies to reduce support costs while increasing uptime levels through features like smart alerts, hands-on customer service and more.

About GQT Movies
GQT Movies started operation in July of 2020 after acquiring the old Goodrich Quality Theaters out of bankruptcy. GQT has chosen to operate each of its theaters as soon as they were eligible to open per state mandates and currently offers a full compliment of showtimes and days. GQT just opened a new theater in Tarentum, PA (Pittsburgh area) and will be opening one in Montgomery, AL in early May with two other openings planned, but not yet announced, for later in the year.
