Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH) today announced the hiring of Skip Kimball, who will be joining the team of theatrical colorists at Technicolor.
Kimball will be working from Technicolor’s Hollywood facilities, and joins the company from his position at Modern Videofilm. Kimball is most widely known from his work on director James Cameron’s mega-hit, Avatar – the highest-grossing film in motion picture history and the recipient of the Academy Award for Achievement in Cinematography to which Kimball contributed.
