Cinemeccanica Introduces “Immersive Cinema”: Laser Driven Projection and Multidimensional Sound in A Unique Auditorium
Cinemeccanica is glad to announce the cooperation with IMG Cinemas Multiplex, to introduce the
most extraordinary and innovative urban center of Italy. The Multiplex,
besides modern and futuristic design,
will be endowed of the most advanced digital technologies for film screening
and sound reproduction, it will become the first cinema in the world where
people, seeing a movie, will make a unique
emotional experience never made before.
Cinemeccanica, worldwide leading company for consulting and realization
of cinemas, will provide equipment to realize the first Immersive Cinema in Italy. “Immersive Cinema” identifies a type of
cinema of next generation in which the
spectator is totally surrounded and caught by images and sounds and receives
sight and sound incitements in a completely new modality different from usual
cinemas.
Cinecloud™ Lux, the laser driven
projector, allows to get such
a brightness and screen range of colors never seen before, making images more
vivid and clear, with also the possibility to see 3D films with a higher
quality than any other cinema.
Dolby® Atmos™, the
innovative audio system and the speakers hanging on ceiling and on walls
allow you to listen to the film as if you were in the scene, with sounds and
voices that move from one part to the other of the cinema, from the top to the
bottom, to recreate the multidimensional sound experience that director lives
in making the movie.
