GDC’s surround sound while the theatre’s two premium large format auditoriums, Grand Screen and Grand Screen with ScreenX will offer guests the ultimate audio experience featuring DTS:X for IAB immersive sound. The two premium large format auditoriums feature GDC’s exclusive DIVE Dynamic Lighting designed to enhance the pre-show entertainment. In addition, B&B installed GDC’s latest audio solutions launched at CinemaCon 2023, including AE-6703 AES67/AES3 32x32-channel bidirectional converter and Espedeo™ DAC Series Digital-to-Analog Audio Converter (DAC-2816 and DAC-2832).
B&B Theatres is a family-owned exhibition company headquartered in Liberty, Missouri. B&B opened its first theatre in 1924 in Salisbury, Missouri, and is known for introducing new concepts and innovations to provide the best possible moviegoing experience at all its cinemas. The new B&B Red Oak 12 opened on March 21 is located at 615 North Interstate I-35 East Road. The Red Oak facility is the first of its kind in the state of Texas and offers combinations of amenities unparalleled anywhere in the marketplace. The moviegoing audience is able to comfortably watch movies in 12 auditoriums with laser projection and heated leather seats, including Max Relax, which are wide chaise lounge chairs in the front row of every auditorium. Additionally, B&B introduced the company’s signature Grand Screen premium auditorium and Grand Screen with ScreenX, both with DTS:X for IAB immersive audio. In addition, B&B introduced other concepts, such as screenPlay!, a children’s auditorium devoted solely to family entertainment, 4DX motion seats, and the LYRIC, an intimate, luxurious environment. Red Oak is also home to B-Roll Bowling, the Outtakes Arcade (featuring a climbing wall), Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts, and Sterling's restaurant.
