expansion into the North American cinema market with an agreement to provide
its autonomous digital cinema solutions to one of Canada’s largest
entertainment and media companies, Cineplex.
The combination of Unique X’s RosettaBridge
TMS, RosettaNet eTMS, Movie Transit DCP delivery network and Advertising Accord
on-screen advertising manager will deliver a fully automated, networked advertising
solution to Cineplex’s network of 165 theatres from coast-to-coast. It will also
be offered to the Company’s exhibitor partners and independent theatres represented
by Cineplex Media, its business division dedicated to media sales, engagement
and advertising solutions.
Cineplex is Canada’s largest and most

through its circuit of theatres across the country. The new agreement with
Unique X announced today will enable the creation of custom advertising
packages, automating the cinema advertising process and delivering ad content
directly to the screen. Once fully integrated, the solution will bring about significant
theatre management and advertising sales efficiencies that will simplify and
streamline its processes both at home office and at the theatre-level, delivering
flexible advertising solutions.
