GDC Technology Partners with Ballantyne Strong to Supply Digital Cinema Servers to Zyacorp Entertainment
GDC Technology (“GDC Tech”), a world leading digital cinema solution provider, is pleased to announce the sale of 55 GDC digital cinema servers, supplied through Ballantyne Strong (“Strong”), for the digital deployment of CINEMAGIC® Stadium Theaters owned and operated by Zyacorp Entertainment, a Zyacorp Company headquartered in Bedford, New Hampshire.
CINEMAGIC Stadium Theaters (“CINEMAGIC”) is a rapidly expanding Entertainment Destination Company. With the completion of this conversion to 100% digital; the CINEMAGIC brand continues to be the destination of choice for state of the art 3D, 2D motion pictures, video, as well as live and recorded alternative entertainment (sporting events, concerts, etc.).
CINEMAGIC will have 81 screens in 7 locations across Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts including its IMAX® Theatres in Hooksett, New Hampshire and Saco, Maine.
With other new projects in the offing, CINEMAGIC has plans to grow its domestic presence exponentially.

Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM), the global leader in digital cinema conversion programs, is responsible for structuring and implementing the underlying Virtual Print Fee (“VPF”) agreement enabling CINEMAGIC’s conversion to digital cinema, as well as assuming the entire administrative responsibility of the VPF program.
