In summer of 2014, Cinema Equipment and Supplies (CE+S)
introduced Cielo as the next level of remote monitoring and a solution to a
huge problem: Exhibitors feared that when they were away from their theaters,
unmonitored issues were leading to missed shows. For the last few months, Cielo
has been available to an exclusive group of beta testing partners like
Silverspot Cinemas, Southern Theaters and Marcus Theaters. It was through in
depth ongoing feedback with these and other partners that the beta version of
Cielo evolved into the full product version hitting the market today.
Trust in remote monitoring, accuracy and reliability of

necessities to avoid the dreaded black screen.
“With the new digital projection technology since 2010, a
show would stop and there would be no precise indication of why.” Francisco

Now, the alert is received, the information communicated, and we’re able to
communicate to the audience when the show will go on – or, better, we problem

Intuitive features like the activity stream give cinema
theater operations teams a historical view of alert and solution activity
across their circuit and by auditorium. Cielo’s new dashboards give the cinema
owners their most important theater data at a glance – specifically active
alerts, equipment performance data, open support tickets, content reporting and
more.
