that its Board of Directors has appointed Alex Younger to the post of Chief
Executive Officer, effective immediately. Alex previously held the position of
Vice President of Sales Services for the innovative company.
After a thorough internal
and external search by ces+, it became clear that Alex was the perfect CEO
choice. His more than 15 years of experience in the cinema industry, combined
with his loyalty and an unwavering commitment to excellence, proved major
factors in this decision. In an industry that is rapidly changing, it was imperative
to find a CEO that can both adapt quickly and thrive in an environment in flux.
Alex proven track record of succeeding in such environments, together with his
heavy commercial background, will undoubtedly aid in taking this 2nd generation
family business to the next level. “In transformative times like these, there is no better

will now take over as Chairman of the Board. “Alex is a proven leader with

Since joining the company in 2004, Alex has spearheaded
major strategic and technical shifts across the company’s portfolio of products
and services. He increased sales of existing products while notably launching
new services that secured contracts with renowned industry leaders. In doing
so, Alex positioned the company as the leader in cinema technology solutions. During
his tenure overseeing ces+ Sales Services, the division outperformed the market
while, in turn, wresting an ample market share from competitors.
