Doremi, the world
leader in digital cinema technology, has finalized a new long-term agreement
with Bardan Cinema that will expand its reach and customer support
responsiveness to burgeoning markets in Central and South America; and secures
585 exhibitor screens to be converted using Doremi’s IMS1000 and ShowVault/IMB
technology. Already well entrenched in the region, this multi-level partnership
will further solidify Doremi’s strong positioning and influence within the
territory.
Per the arrangement, Bardan will send their technicians
to Doremi's Burbank, California facilities for in-depth training on how to best
support this important customer base. Bardan will also be equipped with parts
and spares to carry in their local warehouses across Latin America, which will
dramatically increase customer service response times for the thousands of
screens that they work with. The two companies will combine their marketing
efforts and resources to emphasize these new business initiatives.
